Questions, Answered

Are vials or syringes included?

No — Vial Buddy cases are storage only. Vials, syringes and pens shown in photos are demonstration items and are not included with purchase.

What vial sizes do your cases fit?

Our 10ml holders fit standard 22mm-24mm diameter vials, and our 3ml holders fit standard vials up to 16mm diameter.

Can I refrigerate a loaded case?

Yes, our materials are refrigeration-safe. Avoid prolonged exposure above 50°C (hot cars, direct sun, radiators) as this can warp the polymer.

Are these food-safe or medical-grade?

Unless stated otherwise, products are not certified food-safe or medical-grade. Microscopic gaps inherent in 3D-printed layer lines can trap bacteria — do not store unsealed food or open medication.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy on unused items in original packaging. Contact info@vialbuddy.co.za to start a return.
